Daniel Bays

Daniel R. Bays is the owner and lead attorney for Bays Law Firm, P.C.  Daniel is a graduate of Carl Albert High School where he was the school’s Valedictorian.  Daniel graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2001 and graduated Dean’s List from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005.  Daniel started Bays Law Firm, P.C. in 2005 and since then has represented hundreds of litigants in Oklahoma and elsewhere in municipal courts, state courts and federal court.  Bays Law Firm, P.C. is one of highest regarded law firms in the state.  Consistently recognized as one of the most seasoned and experienced lawyers in the State, Daniel has earned the respect of client, other lawyers and judges.
